From Level 1 to 3 the focus will be on becoming the BEST Communicator you can be. After that you can choose to either continue pursuing excellence and pushing the envelope for the Communicator position or depending on what your location needs and your own abilities you could transition into focusing your attention on becoming a location’s Problem Solver.

Oversee office email account. Email correspondences done with professionalism and good communication

Learn to add and maintain scheduling of large jobs (permitting, markings, scheduling, renting equipment, etc.).

Learn and utilize Canva and Figma as well as investigate other applications helpful to office.

Learning how to implement efficient systems and procedures
Once Level 3 is obtained, the option for Remote Work is opened. This will give you flexibility and more freedom with where you work.
Expectations

Gain a further understanding of Service Titan in order to add more responsibilities in utilizing it. (Send/adjust invoices, take payment over the phone, trouble shoot Service Titan operating questions etc.)
